Given the region’s geostrategic importance and the benefits of the GCC-India ties evolving beyond the traditional oil-expatriate dynamic, the GRC lays emphasis on the relations between the two sides and aims to contribute to their development. The GCC–India Research Bulletin, a quarterly GRC periodical, seeks to document relevant and related information about this specific program and address the current information deficit in this area.
