By accessing the site you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions you must exit the site immediately.
The Gulf Research Center, with its principal place of business at 19 Rayat Al-Itehad Street, Jeddah 21443, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, (“GRC”), reserves the right to add to or change/modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted to the Terms and Conditions page of the GRC website and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the Terms and Conditions on accessing the site. Such changes shall take effect immediately upon notice being given and continued use by you after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

GRC may charge subscription or membership fees for access to specific parts/aspects of the site and the Services. The current charges (if any) are listed in the Membership Section of the site and can be altered from time to time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated,copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of GRC, its affiliates, associates and third parties and are protected under applicable laws. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may not (whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from the site. No part of the site may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other website, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission. 6.1 Each registration is for a single individual user only. To access the Services, you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. Therefore, we do not permit any of the following:-
6.1.1 Any other person sharing your User Name and Password.
6.1.2 Any part of the site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with GRC as users of the site.
6.1.3 Access through a single User Name and Password being made available to multiple users on a network.
6.2 When registering on the site you must choose a User Name which is unique, not obscene, not unlawful and not in the opinion of GRC otherwise objectionable. Your User Name will at all times remain the property of GRC.
6.3 You are responsible for the security and proper use of your Password and for ensuring that there is no unauthorised use of or access of the site through your User Name and Password. You agree to notify GRC immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your User Name, Password and account or other breach of security.
6.4 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register on the site or become a member of the site and use the Services.
6.5 Where the site requires you to register in order to use the Services or to become a member to access certain pages of the site you must provide accurate, true, current and complete information as prompted on the registration form and it is your responsibility to notify GRC of any changes in your details.
6.6 If we reasonably believe that a User Name and Password are being used in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of clauses 6.1 to 6.5 we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.
6.7 You may change your Password at any time by following the instructions on the site.

7.1 As part of the Member Services, GRC may offer a web based email service. GRC reserves the right to impose additional fees on premium services.
7.2 The User Name and Password (and email address, if applicable) provided upon your successful completion of the registration and/or membership form remain at all times the property of GRC.
7.3 You will be solely responsible for the contents of your emails.
7.4 GRC will not monitor or disclose the contents of emails except when required to do so by law or such action is necessary to comply with legal process served on GRC.
7.5 GRC will conduct certain technical processing of email messages and their contents necessary to send and receive messages, conform to connecting networks’ technical requirements or other similar requirements.
7.6 GRC has the right to include advertising material and promotional material in the GRC email service.
7.7 GRC has the right to send you emails informing you of the Services and information which is necessary for the maintenance of the site and Services.
7.8 GRC may establish an upper limit regarding the messages or communications which it may store.

8.1 You shall be solely responsible for all content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit. GRC does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. While GRC administrators and moderators will attempt to screen posts and uploads and to remove or edit any objectionable material as quickly as possible, it may be impossible to review all posted and uploaded materials. Therefore, you acknowledge that all posts and uploads made to the site express the views and opinions of the author and not of GRC and you understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to objectionable matter. Under no circumstances will GRC be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, uploaded on this site. By using the Services you agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any matter or views that is/are, unlawful, harassing, libellous, threatening, harmful, vulgar, indecent, defamatory, abusive, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which violates any applicable national or international laws. The IP address of all posts and uploads is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that GRC has the right to remove, edit, move or close any post/upload or forum topic at any time as it sees fit.
8.2 Where you provide any information or material to GRC you warrant that you are the owner of such information and shall be deemed to have granted to GRC a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
8.3 You may not use the site or Services to send junk mail, spam, chain letters, unsolicited or unauthorised advertisements or promotional material, distribution lists, pyramid selling schemes, indulge in cyber stalking or become or create a nuisance for any person.
8.4 You may not send, submit, post, or otherwise transmit, messages or material that contain software virus, or any other files that are designed to interrupt, destroy, and negatively affect in any manner whatsoever, any electronic equipment in connection with the use of this site and/or the Services, or other user’s ability to use the site and the Services or interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of similar services.
8.5 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRC, its affiliates and associates, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit or as a result of any transaction done on or through the site or the Services.

9.1 GRC shall at its sole discretion terminate your account for the site and Services without any prior notice for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the site and the Services ceases and GRC will have no further obligations to you including but not limited to the obligation to forward any unread or unsent messages sent to you or any third party via the web based email service.
9.2 Subject to the terms contained herein, either party can terminate this agreement for any reason provided that such termination shall be conditional upon, including but not limited to, discharge of all contractual and statutory obligations.
9.3 GRC reserves the right to modify suspend/cancel, or discontinue any or all site sections, Services or the site itself at any time without notice and without liability.

10.1 All the contents of the site are only for general information or use. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision. Any specific advice or replies to queries in any part of the site is/are the personal opinion of such experts/consultants/persons and are not subscribed to by GRC.
10.2 The information from or through this site is provided on “AS IS” basis, and all warranties, expressed or implied of any kind, regarding any matter pertaining to any goods, service or channel, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed and excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. GRC and its affiliates and associates shall not be liable, at any time for damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the site and/or the Services, or any of its contents, or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the site and/or the Services or any such contents or for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information contained on the site or the Services even if GRC has been advised of the possibility of such damages or loss. No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, completeness, suitability or applicability of the information to a particular situation.
10.3 GRC makes no warranties that access to the site and/or the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, virus free or error free or that defects in software will be corrected.
10.4 All information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials, whether publicly or privately transmitted/posted, is the sole responsibility of the person from where such content originated and GRC accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy and conformity to applicable laws of such material.
10.5 GRC makes no warranties or representations as to any goods or services advertised on this site and or via the Services. Any decision to purchase any advertised goods or services shall be your sole responsibility and GRC shall have no liability in relation to any contract to purchase any advertised goods or services.
10.6 GRC assumes no responsibility for the deletion of failure to store email messages, communications or other content maintained or transmitted through the Services. GRC will not be liable or responsible for loss of users’ emails.
10.7 You agree that any information, content, data or other material downloaded or otherwise obtained through of from the site and/or Services is obtained at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or any loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.
10.8 Save as set out in these Terms and Conditions, all warranties, terms conditions and undertakings are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Certain links on the site and the Services lead to resources located on servers maintained by third parties over whom GRC has no control or connection, business or otherwise. These sites are external to GRC and by visiting these, you are outside the GRC website and its Services. GRC neither endorses in any way nor offers any judgment or warranty as to the availability or content of the site and accepts no responsibility or liability for the authenticity, availability of any of the goods or services or for any damage, loss or harm, direct or consequential or any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visiting and transacting on these sites.

Part of the site and the Services may contain advertising and other material submitted to GRC by third parties (“Advertisers”). Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the site and the Services complies with applicable international and national law. GRC will not be responsible for any Advertiser’s claim, error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material, and reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted to insertion. Acceptance of advertisements on the site and the Services will be subject to GRC’s Advertising Terms and Conditions.

13.1 You understand and accept that your personal information provided via our registration or subscription form will be transferred to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and stored in a database for the purpose of enabling GRC to provide various services to you and you consent to such transfer. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may not have in place similar levels of data protection as those existing in your country of residence. 13.2 GRC may send information and offers of products and services to you from time to time. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy statement and consent to the processing of data provided by you. 13.3 GRC agrees not to contact you once you become a registered user in accordance with clause 6 if you express a preference not to be contacted save that GRC may communicate to you via a monthly newsletter to registered users information which is necessary for the maintenance of the Services and the site.

GRC shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the site and/or the Services resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fires, strikes (of its own or other employees), insurrection or riots, or regulations of any civil or military authority.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Courts in respect of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions for the time being constitute the entire agreement between you and GRC with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter.

The official text of the Terms and Conditions is the English language. If the Terms and Conditions are translated into any other language, the English language version controls.

Notwithstanding that the whole or any part of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions may prove to be illegal or enforceable, the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall remain in full force and effect.

No forbearance, delay or indulgence by GRC in enforcing the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prejudice or restrict the rights of GRC nor shall any waiver of its rights operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach and no right, power of remedy herein conferred upon or reserved for GRC is exclusive of any other right, power, or remedy available to GRC and each such right, power or remedy shall be cumulative.

GRC and the user confirm their intent not to confer any rights on any third parties by virtue of these Terms and Conditions.
