Dr. Sager contributed to the panel session titled “Mutual Security Perspective,” alongside a distinguished group of officials, including:
- H.E. Minister Plenipotentiary Abdulaziz Al Jarallah, Assistant Foreign Minister for International Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State of Kuwait
- Mr. Giedrius Jokubauskis, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Lithuania, United Arab Emirates
- Mr. Szczepan Haluszczak, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Poland, Kuwait
- The discussion emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperative security frameworks, enhancing regional stability, and deepening NATO–GCC dialogue amid an increasingly complex and evolving strategic environment.
