The Gulf Research Center (GRC) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute for Diplomatic and Consular Training (INESDYC) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic.

MoU was signed by Dr. Abdulaziz Sager, Chairman of the GRC, and H.E. José Rafael Espaillat, Ambassador-Rector of INESDYC, as part of efforts to strengthen research and institutional cooperation between the two organizations.

The MoU aims to advance cooperation in joint research and studies, knowledge exchange, and capacity building, with a particular focus on deepening research and policy dialogue on relations between the Gulf and the Dominican Republic, expanding the study of Gulf relations with Latin America and the Caribbean, and exploring new avenues for cooperation between the regions.
